While reviewing the site The Pharmacy One 24, we discovered some interesting things rather quickly. Upon typing in their web address and being directed to their home page, our anti-virus software would not let us get very far (see below). If we remove the warning box from the screen, the home page looks like this. At first glance it appears relatively reputable. Looks, as always, are often deceiving.
Initial inspection of the site (at least of the home page) shows us that The Pharmacy One 24 is another site which sells prescription medications without the need of an actual doctor’s prescription. That along with the warning from our anti-virus, was enough to make us leery of anything they have to sell. There are no legal and legitimate website on the internet that sell prescription drugs without a physician’s actual written prescription.
Based on the information we could determine, they appear to focus mostly on erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra and Cialis. There were also quite a few popular name brand and generic hair growth medications like Propecia available. We attempted to learn more about the site through their “Contact Us” tab, and instead received another anti-virus warning along with their own site telling us “page not found”. Any company that makes it difficult to contact customer support should give you pause.

After having this much of an issue with the site, we were obliged to research The Pharmacy One 24 a bit further through the internet and actual trusted websites. We discovered a very serious fraud claim through Ripoffreport.com. According to the testimonial here, a customer tried to use The Pharmacy One 24 for a prescription purchase and never received her medication. After attempting to contact the “customer support” area to no avail, she began digging into the company further. Here is what she found.
This customer’s unfortunate experience helped determine that The Pharmacy One 24, who claims to be based out of Canada, actually has an IP address tracked to Moscow, Russia. While they also have a customer service phone number (for United States residents) that is a cell phone located out of Baltimore, Maryland. Baltimore, Moscow, and Canada are not remotely close enough to each other for this to not be a scam. Apparently, this site also operates in conjunction with the following websites who are also fraudulent.
Each of these sites, though owning a different web domain, all have the exact same customer service phone number. What is even more disturbing, is the report from ScamAdvisor.com, which has found that The Pharmacy One 24 says they are Canadian based but are really located in Panama. We are beginning to wonder if they are lost altogether.
We discovered a complaints board that discussed The Pharmacy One 24 and their fraudulent practices. This is a sample of another customer’s nightmare experience. Notice that yet another city (Bakersfield, California) was used as a contact point for the company.
Possibly the most alarming review we found online about The Pharmacy One 24 illustrates how the customer was stalked and harassed with solicitous phone calls for over 3 years after mistakenly placing an order through this fraudulent company. This was an order placed in 2008, it is likely that the customer is still receiving phone calls to this very day.
Conclusion
Unless you are purposely looking to become the victim of fraud, stay away from The Pharmacy One 24! To be clear, our first experience with the site involved a viral threat. This was followed by multiple reports showing that the company is fraudulent in its claimed locations. Then, add to this the fact that there is not one single positive (or even neutral) review of The Pharmacy One 24 anywhere on the internet. All of these factors lead us to our one star review. Again, we cannot stress this enough, do not patronize this site, and make sure to stay away from the sites connected to it as well. Rated 1 out of 5.
