Pharmacydirect.com.au is a virtual pharmacy with products for various needs. Pharmacydirect does not only have over-the-counter drugs and prescription medicine, but it also has numerous items like medical devices, perfumes, pet gadgets and medications, toiletries, baby products, and more. It is not your average pharmacy since Pharmacy Direct does not only have meds for its buyers. Aside from the medications, Pharmacydirect.com.au also has food items and other novelty products as well.
The Pharmacydirect shop is an Australia-based store which has been in operation since 1996. It currently houses 17,000 products ready for disposal, so buyers can find almost everything they need on Pharmacy Direct’s store. Concerning medications, there are both branded and generic meds in stock at Pharmacydirect.com.au. The store even lists the brand name products and makes generic drug suggestions for those who want to save in cost.
Pharmacydirect.com.au has erectile dysfunction products included in its 17,000-product database. The 100 mg Viagra made by Pfizer is actually cheap here; the 4-pill blister is sold by Pharmacydirect for just $16.99, although the product is currently out-of-stock. The generic suggestion for Viagra costs $6.04 less, as the product Vedafil with the same Sildenafil Citrate content only costs $10.95 per 4-pill package. Cialis by Eli Lilly is also available on Pharmacydirect.com.au, but it is more expensive than the Viagra product; 4 pills of the 20 mg Tadalafil product can be bought at $105. For Cialis, however, Pharmacy Direct does not have a generic alternative.
Merchandises accessible on Pharmacydirect’s shop are grocery goods which are largely offered in local supermarkets. Concerning the meds, the brand-name types are accredited even by the US FDA, but there is no such information for its generic medications. What’s significant about Pharmacydirect.com.au is that it requires its consumers to send in their scripts before their Rx medication orders are shipped to their homes. Pharmacy Direct does not require its users Rx for their OTC meds, though.
Postage fees charged by Pharmacydirect.com.au vary depending on order weight. Shipping rates billed by Pharmacydirect range from $7.95 to $19.63+ contingent to the weight of the items ordered by buyers. However, Pharmacydirect.com.au is able to offer free shipping on all orders over $99, with weights not exceeding 5 kg per order. Payment is convenient on Pharmacydirect, since the store is able to credit payments done via Visa and MasterCard credit card payments, PayPal, and American Express.
With reference to returns, Pharmacydirect does not process product returns due to “change-of-mind”. Prescriptions and general medicine, baby formula, baby food, and vitamins are also ineligible for returns since they are prohibited for return by law. Wrong orders, damaged items, and products which do not function as described are eligible for returns and refunds; the buyers should just dispatch the items back to Pharmacy Direct for their refunds to be processed. There are plenty reviews available for Pharmacy Direct from various platforms (even from its social media page), but the majority of the evaluations from the patrons are pessimistic towards its service. The user assessments below are from Producreview.com.au, which is one review platform for internet stores and their service or disservice:
HoneyB posted her 1 out of 5 feedback for Pharmacy Direct on December 2015. She pointed out that she was charged double for an item she ordered from Pharmacydirect.com, and when she contacted the store, she was not entertained well. Pharmacydirect.com.au’s staff said that they could not do anything for her and did not even bother to make amends for the trouble.
Pollydoodle (who posted on December 2015), on the one hand, complained about the long delivery time for her order on Pharmacydirect.com.au. She said that her order (at the time of her comment) is already on its 10th day of transit, but Pharmacy Direct even stated that it can take a week more for her order to arrive. She gave Pharmacydirect 1 out of 5, as she was truly disappointed with the store’s service.
Ray is another complainant regarding Pharmacy Direct’s slow service. He mentioned that it was already 2 weeks post his order and he’s not received anything yet from Pharmacydirect.com.au. As he was truly disenchanted with Pharmacy Direct’s service, he asserted that he will never use Pharmacydirect.com.au again for his orders.
Pharmacydirect.com.au Reviews 2017
Further reviews were presented for Pharmacydirect.com.au on the same review site. The feedback, however, were all from dissatisfied patrons of Pharmacy Direct store:
Matt, one of Pharmacydirect.com.au’s clients gave the store a review of 1 out of 5 in January 2017 for its poor service. His order was already 4 weeks old but he’s not received anything from Pharmacy Direct. He was unable to call the store, but according to him, when he was finally able to speak with someone, the representative told him that Pharmacy Direct could not help.
The feedback from Lovelife82 was the most recent of all the user comments, and she rated Pharmacydirect.com.au 1 out of 5 for its inferior service. According to her, it has already been 3 weeks into her order and she hasn’t heard from the store yet. When Pharmacy Direct replied, the store rep told her that her order was out of stock and Pharmacydirect.com.au is waiting for the product to be back in stock. The store was unapologetic and wasted precious time for the buyer, who is almost in her 9th month of pregnancy, and who was in dire need of the medication.
The result from Scamadviser.com for Pharmacydirect.com.au was not too fantastic either; Pharmacy Direct got 63% out of 100 and was labeled as a “threat-listed” website. Although the Pharmacydirect store had a lot of visitors, the store was rated not too good by Scamadviser.com due to malware reports and the bad reviews from the users who had unpleasant experiences with the store’s service.
Pharmacydirect.com.au Coupon Codes
There were no coupon and discount codes obtainable from Pharmacydirect.com.au or from anywhere else, but Pharmacy Direct is able to give its users free shipping for a certain amount:
Pharmacydirect.com.au has a free shipping offer for its regulars with orders above $99. This promotional campaign, however, is limited to orders with weights within the 3-5 kg category. All orders exceeding the set weight are not qualified for the free delivery offer.
Pharmacydirect.com.au is a one-stop-shop grocery and pharmaceutical store with a database of 17,000 products. The Pharmacydirect store looks good and looks legitimate, but reviews for the company’s service do not look great at all.
In the past months and years, all Pharmacydirect.com.au’s getting is negative reviews from irate consumers who were totally dissatisfied with the Pharmacy Direct’s service. Most orders were not received, the delivery takes too long, there was an instance of double charges, and the customer service was unresponsive, rude, and unhelpful. The prices for erectile dysfunction, though, were good, especially for Viagra and its generic counterpart. But since Pharmacydirect.com.au’s service was too bad to try, Pharmacydirect can only be given a 1 out of 5 rating. This site is not recommendable for users, even though the product range is extensive and the prices are good.
