The testimonials from customers have little if any praise at all. The key problem encountered by most of the customers is the terrible customer service that they received.

Liz E. expresses her frustration about using this site to shop for her medication. She had a prescription for acne cream which seemed to have an expiry date that was in the middle of her usage of the drug. In trying to resolve this she got no response and when she finally did it was to inform her that the prescription had expired on the same day and thus would not be refilled. In addition to this, she had to get her doctor to fax her prescription to the site because they refused to accept the original which she had actually mailed them.

The experience was even worse for Audrey G. who has blood pressure complications. Upon receiving her first prescription which seemed to work perfectly, she decided to order from the site a second time only to receive drugs from Germany, which meant that the drugs were not from Canada as the site claims. The second order did not work for her and so she sent an email to inform the people at that they are endangering peoples’ lives. When someone eventually called her after a long time, it was to inform her that a pharmacist would call her in 48 hours.

Mike N. gives his experience in a short statement that really leaves nothing to be desired of this website. He states that he made his order for medication on 27th of December in 2009 and got it on 6th of February in 2010.


On a scale of 1 to 5 earns a measly 3. Getting people’s medication right the first time then mixing it up or intentionally sending another drug in place of the first is simply not acceptable. It puts the lives of the users in danger especially if it is a prescription drug and this negates the fact that they got it right the first time. Customer service is pivotal when it comes to the health industry and thus has failed. It is not worth being a client.

Unfortunately for today’s consumer, the number of rogue or fraudulent online pharmacies outweighs the number of reliable organizations. These companies will attempt to convince consumers that they are legitimate online pharmaceutical companies.

Shoppers need to remember, reputable pharmacies will never send SPAM emails advertising their products or services, they will never sell a controlled substance with or without a prescription, and they will never sell prescription medication without a verified physician’s prescription.
