Dukemeds.com Reviews – A Scam Site Stealing User Details

on March 2 | in Reviews | by | with 1 Comment

The website, Dukemeds.com is an upfront erectile dysfunction (ED) meds-selling online shop. You can tell based on the products on the front page. Those aren’t the only products sold by the website, although there aren’t many products sold other than the ED meds (Dukemeds.com only had eye care drop brands aside from the ED meds).

Erectile dysfunction meds available on the website are from generic Indian brands (the reputable ones like Ajanta Pharma, Cipla, etc.). These Indian generic brands are approved by the local Indian Food and Drug Administration (FDA) although not by the US FDA since there’s still patent protection for Pfizer’s Viagra in the United States.

I have found no information regarding the length of operation of Dukemeds.com and where it is ocated. But that’s just how online drugstores are—very secretive when it comes to their personal details like the address. Although there is a website information section, there is not much information regarding specific details for the website.

Since most of the items sold by Dukemeds.com are generic erectile dysfunction meds, the prices for the products are very affordable. 30 pieces (plus 10 free pills) of generic Viagra containing 100 mg Sildenafil Citrate cost $55, which makes it just $1.25 per pill; the prices even go lower as more of the product is bought by users. There is no Tadalafil sold on Dukemeds.com, but there is generic Levitra (containing Vardenafil) available. 30 pieces of 20 mg Vardenafil is sold for $93, which makes the price $3.01 each; like the generic Sildenafil, the product costs per pill lower when bought in larger quantities.

Dukemeds.com charges $18-$25 for shipping depending on the courier. Payment methods credited by Dukemeds.com are E-checks and credit card payments. Although it is not permitted by international law, Dukemeds.com allows the return of products should users be dissatisfied with the products. Reshipments were also discussed and users are qualified for reshipments are those who received damaged products or those who were not able to receive their orders. Refunds are not thoroughly discussed, but Dukemeds.com mentioned that users should just contact them at [email protected] Please, note that is not a business email! There were no contact numbers given for the users too, which is unusual for real businesses which do not have anything to hide.

Dukemeds.com Reviews

Like the typical online drugstore, there are no product reviews for Dukemeds.com from clients or from other sources. Drugstores without online reviews are hard to figure out, but the lack of reviews is usually associated with scams and other negative connotations.

Users are less likely to trust online shops without reviews even if the store is truly benign. Reviews would have helped a lot in building up a good reputation for Dukemeds.com, but since there are none, the potential buyers might get scared in investing their money on the site’s products due to the lack of assurance of safety.

Dukemeds.com Reviews 2016

Although Dukemeds.com did not have user reviews for the earlier years, there were some reviews available for the store for the year 2016. The overall rating for Dukemeds.com from Trustpilot.com is 6.1 out of 10 and it only had one review from a fuming client:

According to Abe S., one of the clients of the website, the company is a scam and tried to steal his credit card details. If it weren’t for his credit card company’s fraud protection, the client would have had his details stolen. Needless to say, Abe rated Dukemeds.com poorly (1 out of 5).

The outcome from Scamadviser.com’s scrutiny wasn’t stellar either; Dukemeds.com was only declared 37% safe for the users to buy from and the site was labeled as “suspicious”. Dukemeds.com, though, was detected to have a lot of visitors in the past.

The site is actually new, as it had not reached its second year yet. Also, the owner country is hidden from the public, but the detected countries for the location of Dukemeds.com are the United States and China. It is also unfortunate that Dukemeds.com had a “rogue” pharmacy rating.

Dukemeds.com Coupon Codes

No specific promotional offers were posted on Dukemeds.com’s pages, but the store is offering free pills on purchases of specific products like Sildenafil Citrate tablets.

Users are entitled to at least 10 free pills when they purchase the minimum amount (30 pills), but buyers can have more free pills when they purchase more of the eligible-for-freebies items. As we can see in the example above, buyers can have 40 free pills should they purchase huge amounts of the items included in the promotional offer.

The store also has a free express shipping promotion for orders over $250 and free shipping for orders amounting to more than $150.

I like how Dukemeds.com was almost an ED-drug-only website, but its product selection is rather short of complete. The online drugstore only has a handful of items and Dukemeds shop did not have Tadalafil products on its list. The price of the available products is good, though, but the minimum purchase is at least 30 pills per product. The good thing is that Dukemeds.com offers freebies for its clients for several of its items.

Nevertheless, the website did not have many reviews; the only user review posted for it in 2016 was negative and mentioned that the website is a scam which steals client details. There were no reviews to differ, so I presume that the site is really a rip-off site. I find 1 out of 5 maximum possible rating is fit for Dukemeds, thanks to its bad reputation from one of its users and also its bad rating from Scamadviser.com. Although the price is cute, I do not recommend purchasing from the site, especially if you wish your personal information to remain safe.

Unfortunately for today’s consumer, the number of rogue or fraudulent online pharmacies outweighs the number of reliable organizations. These companies will attempt to convince consumers that they are legitimate online pharmaceutical companies.

Shoppers need to remember, reputable pharmacies will never send SPAM emails advertising their products or services, they will never sell a controlled substance with or without a prescription, and they will never sell prescription medication without a verified physician’s prescription.
